These terms cover your use of sweartelevision.lat and the services Sweartelevision Remodeling offers through it. You accept them when you use this site, phone the number on it, or send a form. This page is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What We Do

Sweartelevision Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do not design, build, install or repair anything. We are not a party to any contract you sign with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers you meet through us are independent businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its quotes, prices, schedules, permits, workmanship, licensing, insurance and behavior. We do not employ them, manage them or control them. We make no promise about whether a provider is available, how fast it responds, or how its work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask for proof of insurance. Get an itemized written quote and a written contract.

What We Ask of You

Phone Calls and Messages

When you phone the number here or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request. That can be by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop at any time. Just email contact@sweartelevision.lat.

Ownership of Content

The text and design of this site belong to Sweartelevision Remodeling or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

The law sets the outer limit here, and we use all of it. Sweartelevision Remodeling is not liable for loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's work, or from any deal between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is", with no warranties of any kind.
