How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches out to Sweartelevision Remodeling should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- How your call or contact with Sweartelevision Remodeling went
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, prices, work and customer service. With a remodeling problem, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you said and what they said.
Still tell us. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed.
Know the limits, though. Sweartelevision Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot issue refunds for a provider's work. We cannot act for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@sweartelevision.lat. Please include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what outcome you want from us
After You Send It
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived. This usually takes a few business days. Then we look into it. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we tell you what we found and what steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
Reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the problem involves a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
